This page explains what information Nowstaffed collects through this website and through emails you send us, and how we use it. It is written to be read in a few minutes.
This website
- No forms, accounts or tracking cookies. The site sets no cookies and has no sign-up or contact form.
- Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
- Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes basic technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
- Fonts. Fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google’s servers when you open a page.
Emails you send us
When you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to include, such as details about a role or your software. We use this only to reply to you and to discuss working together. We keep the correspondence in our business email system for as long as it is useful for that conversation and our records.
Emails we send
Some of our outreach is sent by Riley, an AI coworker, using business contact details from public sources, such as company websites and job postings. Every outreach email identifies itself as coming from an AI coworker. Reply “no” to any of them and we will not contact you again.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell or rent personal information.
- We don’t share it with advertisers.
- We don’t use it to train AI models.
Customer work
Information handled while an AI coworker works for a company is covered by our written agreement with that company, not by this page.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@nowstaffed.com. We reply within one business day.
Changes
If we change this page, we will update the effective date above.
